Clem Bell, Pastor

Pastor Bell gives of himself unselfishly to the Work of Kingdom building and community service. 

He has served as Shiloh's pastor since 1991.

 

He has also served as: Vice President of Congress #4 and then President of Congress #4 for 10 years; Evangelist for Revivals at area churches- Friendship, Bethlehem and Oak Hill, Tampa; Dean of Workshop for District Sunday School Congress, First South Florida Missionary Baptist Association, and National Baptist Convention of America, YWA Session. 

 

His community service includes: the Centennial Planning Committee; Chairman, City of Dunedin’s, Eureka Improvement Committee; member of City of Dunedin’s Faith-Based United Committees, and Member of several School Advisory Committees.  He spearheaded and was instrumental in the establishment of the City of Dunedin’s first celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr Day in January 2008.  The celebration has continued annually since then.  Under Pastor’s Bell leadership, a historical marker and plaque was placed in 2015 to document the contributions of African Americans to the City of Dunedin.  Shiloh participated in the City of Dunedin’s inaugural celebration of Juneteenth on June 17, 2022.  Additionally, Pastor Bell is a resource and contributor to the Dunedin Historical Society’s Documentary of the history of Dunedin.
